The Agent Leadership Council (ALC) is made up of agents in the Top 20% of the Market Center. Their role is to shape the culture, growth, training, financial success, and profitability of the Market Center - and they are here to help support YOU! They do this by leading our communities, facilitating training, attending and promoting events, and partnering with the owners and leadership team in understanding and responding to the opportunities for our agent body.

    With 5 years of experience in real estate, Brooke has developed her expertise in the key systems, processes, and relationships that drive success in the industry. She began her career as a Transaction Coordinator for The Emerman Team from 2020 to 2023, where she gained invaluable knowledge of real estate transactions and business operations, personally closing over 50 deals per year. This foundation paved the way for Brooke to become a licensed realtor in 2021 eventually transitioning full-time as a real estate agent for the team. Leveraging her experience, she was then able to build a thriving business of her own. In 2023, she took on the role of co-team leader for The Emerman Team, leading them to one of their most successful years, both in terms of units sold and overall volume.

    Passionate about helping others achieve their real estate goals, Brooke is dedicated to sharing her insights and empowering clients to make smart, long-term decisions. Whether working with first-time homebuyers or guiding investors in growing their portfolios, Brooke is committed to making a lasting impact through expert advice and exceptional service.

    Alex is a Licensed Realtor, and Certified Property Stager. Specializing in residential real estate from single-family homes to multi-unit investment properties.  Alex is a Cleveland Native, and has witnessed the great transformation of this city.  Her in-depth knowledge of the area gives her enthusiasm and a desire to help her clients find their dream homes.  While licensed in 2020, her extensive sales and customer service background extends far beyond that.  Alex started at AmTrust Financial Services in 2010, where she worked her way from a Customer Service Representative (‘10-’13), to an Inside Sales Representative (‘13-’16), to then an Account Manager (‘17-’20).  Currently, Alex is a member of the KW Greater Metropolitan Agent Leadership Council, reserved for that of the top 20%.  She strives to demonstrate the highest level of integrity, and commitment.  She recognizes and values the trust that her clients place in her, and builds her business off of referrals from friends, family, and past clients.
